4 steps towards your child’s new smile:
Complete a Smile Assessment for your child, to find out whether they may be eligible for treatment. After that, you can easily find the right Invisalign-trained specialist orthodontist using our 'Find an Invisalign® doctor' tool, and then arrange to meet them either face-to-face or via Invisalign® Virtual Appointment4 for initial consultation.
At your initial consultation, your Invisalign® trained specialist orthodontist can first help you visualize with the iTero scanning tool, showing 3D digital images of your child's teeth.5 Then, they will use ClinCheck® software to map the route to your child's smile from the very start. Your child can go from just imagining their straighter teeth to seeing them.
Your child's custom-made aligners will be delivered to their Invisalign doctor for their first fitting. They will then receive a series of aligners to wear every day and change at home every 1-2 weeks or so. You and your child will be able to monitor their progress with their doctor's specialist care via the My Invisalign™ app with Invisalign® Virtual Care.4 Your child will also continue to receive personalized doctor care with visits to their Invisalign® trained specialist orthodontist every 6-8 weeks, to check on progress and receive new aligners.
